Zion National Park and its surrounding areas are the ancestral homelands of the Southern Paiute Indians. It was called Mukuntuweap, which translates as straight canyon or straight arrow. The name likely refers to Zion’s dramatic canyon walls and famous soaring monoliths created by erosion over millions of years.

*Please note that we need at least 6 people to run this group trip. In the event we do not receive minimum bookings, your entire booking amount will be refunded.

Day 1: Arrival and Sunset Hike

Make your way to your accommodations, settle in, and then head out with the group on a beautiful sunset hike, led by your guide Katie.

Day 2: Guided Hike in Zion National Park

You'll be heading back to Zion National Park for another iconic hike today! You will actually be hiking IN the water of a shallow river. With blue, clear water and towering sandstones cliffs surrounding you, there will be something new to see around every twist and turn. A dry suit rental is included in the price of your trip.

Day 3: Morning yoga and hike with incredible views

Take a rest with a morning yoga session before heading out for a hike with arguably the most incredible views in Zion National Park.

Day 4: Horseback riding and guided drive

You will start your day with a horseback ride with a local cowboy! Then you'll go off the beaten track on a guided drive with breath-taking views of Kolob, Smith Mesa, and Zion National Park.

Day 5: Self-guided canyon hike

Wake up early and head to Zion National Park for a self-guided hike through a canyon. Bid goodbyes to friends you've made for life, before heading home!

In short, because you deserve it. All too often we put our own well-being, passions & desires to the side, telling ourselves that we'll get to them later when we have more time, energy, money... you know the drill. But when you look back on the last 12 months of your life, what would you rather see? A joy-filled, adventurous life or day after day of "that would be nice, but..."

You'll leave this retreat feeling more connected with the person you were meant to be. You'll feel a renewed sense of power, boldness, and courage. You'll leave with that priceless knowledge that you can accomplish all the things you set out to do β€” you too can do hard things. And you'll leave feeling relaxed, recharged and ready to begin living a full life that is consistently connected to your bliss.

Damn. I have goosebumps just thinking about it.

Plus, 4 days is just enough time to refresh, reboot and forget about your to-do list without the guilt around stepping away for yourself starting to creep in.
