We’ve all been in seasons where the grind and the hustle take precedence. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do.
But, we can’t stay there— in hustle mode forever. AND we can make the hustle and grind include daily moments of joy.
Collectively, we need to start giving ourselves a timeline of when the hustle and grind cycle will stop. And we have to incorporate ways to stop overwhelm and burnout from creeping in and taking over— because you know they will.
I’m in the midst of planning something HUGE that won’t take much of your time, but will allow you to prioritize YOU, no matter if you’re in the midst of having the best “Hot Girl Summer” ever, or if you’re at your tipping point on doing the “Work, Sleep, Repeat” shuffle.
