1. Today, I choose my own peace, joy, and happiness. No one else can upset me.
2. Today, I will honor myself by resting, relaxing, and listening to my body and mind.
3. Today, I will take action on my goals. I will take steps forward toward achieving success.
4. Today, I acknowledge that I have a lot to offer the world. I will walk with my head held high.
5. Today, I will make a difference. I will compliment someone, do a small act of kindness.
6. Today, I know that I am enough and I am worthy.
7. Today, I will make myself a priority.
8. Today, and everyday, I am fearless and magical.
9. Today, I will prioritize my health.
10. Today, I will release myself from guilt. I have the best intentions.
Repeat these to yourself during your morning routine. But, also write them down and put them in a place you’ll see it throughout your day for a reminder or prompt.
