Truthfully, I am getting a little ahead of myself on purpose. Before we know it we’ll be full blast, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year celebrations.
And while that all sounds lovely, we know the truth. That rather than slow down, things tend to ramp up.
And although family and friends, quality time, and togetherness should bring us great comfort, for some it’s the opposite – high stress and anxiety inducing.
So I just wanted to take a moment to remind you to CENTER yourself. Make time for it. Schedule it! Go to your calendar write now and write down time for you with permanent ink.
