Chances are you’ve heard that sentiment over and over again.
But when was the last time you really audited your life to see where you’ve been embracing and relishing insanity, rather than rejecting it?
I can’t even tell you how often I chat with clients, or meet new women who’ll share their frustrations with the current status of life.
They are stressed. Burnt out. Want to prioritize their health and wellness. Long to travel more. Desire a better relationship with their family members. Need to say more ‘No’ more often. Want to find a new job. Really wants to start that business. And most of all, want to honor their truths.
Yet, they never take action on any of it.
Instead they …wish. …hope. …pray.
And wait.
Wait for someone or something to come along and usher in a new season. A season where the stress, burnout, and unsatisfactory elements of their life magically disappear.
Sis, we ARE magic, but that’s not how any of this works.
There’s nothing wrong with wishing, meditation, praying, manifesting — I encourage it all. Just take an extra step to position yourself for the things you want.
This week carve out 30 minutes to journal or simply write down the things you truly want to change.
Hop off the insanity wheel and know that certain areas of your life WILL change this year because you are going to do the work to ensure it’s so.
AFFIRMATION OF THE WEEK: I am determined to change my life for the better, because I’m committed to doing the work.
